One Breath In is a 90-second global synchronized visualization practice performed at the 59th minute of each hour. For 60 seconds, you vividly imagine the world you wish to live in—be it — personal, collective, or both. Then, at the top of the hour, you take a single deep breath-in into that vision, anchoring it into your body and spirit. This synchronized action connects you with others across the globe who are practicing at the same moment, fostering a sense of collective co-creation.

One Breath In was born from a vision on November 24, 2024, during a time of personal darkness. I saw a future where people around the world set alarms to visualize a better Earth—then took one deep breath in together at noon, without pausing life. That simple act sparked smiles, connection, and healing. This practice wasn’t invented; it’s an instinct we’ve simply remembered—thinking good thoughts, breathing deeply, and shaping the world one breath at a time. (see about page for detailed version.)

Because breathing is free, and envisioning a better world should be too. The ripple effects of your co-creation benefit everyone.

Yes—if they want to. The practice is great for individuals of all ages. Children, with their innocent hearts, vivid imaginations, and elders bring deep wisdom and perspective, making them wonderful practitioners in this practice. However, parents ‘ participation should always be voluntary; introduce the concept and let them choose if they wish to engage. Anyone with a sincere heart and a desire to connect is welcome in this practice.

No and Yes.

It can be, depending on your perspective. If thinking positive thoughts, focused breathing, and collective intention resonate spiritually with you, then it is. Otherwise, it’s a personal practice of intentionality.

Belief in manifestation or spirituality isn’t a prerequisite. Think of it as an experiment in intentional focus and co-creation. Even without specific beliefs, participating can shift your perspective from life happening to you, to life happening with and through you. This practice is about remembering you have power. You don’t have to be “spiritual”—but you do have to believe change is possible.

It’s a blend of both, and more. OneBreathIn is an intentional, vibrational act of world-building. Some may view it as prayer, others as quantum intention, others prompted daydreaming. At its core, it’s a practice of focused co-creation.

Visualization isn’t required. You can feel, know, speak, or intend the world you want to see. Your ‘yes’ to that world is enough.

Yes. Just as millions of drops become a wave, each breath influences the collective field. Many practitioners have found that shifts in their inner world ripple into their families, communities, and global moments.

Absolutely. It is highly recommended. OneBreathIn is not just for world peace or collective healing—it’s also for you. Visualize your ideal life. Feel your dreams already unfolding. Breathe into the life you want to wake up in. Because when your life flourishes, the world becomes a better place.

You don’t need to carry the whole planet on your back to make a difference. If your relationships thrive, if you feel joy and purpose, if you’re doing what you love—you’re already changing the world.

“As the creator of this practice, I use it for everything:

  • My personal goals
  • My family’s well-being
  • Global healing
  • Real-time problem solving

I do this practice every hour that I’m awake—around 16 times a day. That means I’ve used it in the middle of conflict, uncertainty, and overwhelm. When life throws something unexpected at me, I breathe into a better possibility. I visualize answers, breakthroughs, and solutions unfolding—even in the heat of the moment.”

This is where the real magic happens.

When you visualize your dreams, problems solved, or a better version of yourself—with love—you’re not just imagining. You are actively manifesting within the energetic realm of all practitioners of OneBreathIn.

The practice itself becomes a power of agreement. The moment you breathe with others and envision through the heart of love, your personal desire becomes part of a much larger symphony of intention. You are not alone.

Each synchronized breath creates a collective vault—a manifestation bank—charged by everyone doing the same. This is the most powerful aspect of the practice: agreement. Multiple people visualizing joy, peace, abundance, and love at the same time gives the intention more force than any one person could generate alone.

This is not wishful thinking. It’s quantum science. Wherever attention flows, energy goes. And when multiple people send that energy with love and clarity, it builds momentum.

Even if no one else were doing it, just you visualizing from love every hour rewires your perception—and perception is the gateway to reality. You reset your field. You open your eyes to possibilities that are already there. Your life shifts because you’re tuned in to receive.

But when you do it with others, synchronized and united in frequency, the law of agreement supercharges the process.

You are co-creating—within and without.

Yes. While not a replacement for therapy or medical care, OneBreathIn can be used to breathe into healing timelines—offering calm, clarity, and connection to your higher self.

You may begin to feel more connected, notice synchronicities, or experience a sense of peace even in chaos. Like water shaping stone, this practice creates change through consistency and intention.

Commit as long as it feels right. This choice-based practice naturally resets your outlook. Visualizing (daydreaming) is something we do daily; One Breath In simply adds structure and collective timing to it.

You receive your digital Seal of the Shield, marking you as a Covert Angel, with a QR Code to invite a friend into the practice. More importantly, you carry the practice with you, ready to engage anytime, becoming part of a global rhythm of intentionality.

Certainly. While the core practice involves visualizing at the 59th minute and taking a deep breath at the top of the hour, you can tailor the prompts to suit your preferences. The key is the collective synchronization of the one breath in at the top of the hour, but personalization best enhances the experience.

I use a talking reminder app from the Google Play Store called Talking Alarm Clock Beyond. It’s not a silent alarm—it speaks the reminders aloud. I write out custom prompts that it says to me, designed to help me stay in the vibration of the world I’m building. For example, at the 59th minute of every hour, I hear reminders like: “Re-envision the world you wish to see,” “Re-envision the world caring about sustainability,” or “Re-envision the world working with nature as a neighbor instead of a commodity.” Then, on the 00 minute, the next reminder says, “Now take one deep breath into that world.” This rhythm keeps me anchored in vision and breath throughout the day. The app is wonderful for this practice, and I’ll be including a link to it in the FAQ.

Absolutely. Especially during chaotic times. This practice serves as a mini-vacation for your nervous system. It’s designed to be flexible—you can perform it with your eyes open, whether you’re washing dishes, teaching, or even in the middle of a conversation. Using a silent vibrating alarm on a smartwatch or phone can serve as a discreet reminder, allowing you to integrate the practice seamlessly into your day.

Only if feels right. Founder currently practices every waking hour about 16 times a day, while others find value in a single daily session — 90 seconds a day. Even one intentional breath can shift your frequency and contribute to the collective. You set your rhythm.

That’s okay. If you miss a reminder or forget to take a breath. This isn’t about perfection; it’s about rhythm and return. Each breath in the practice is complete on its own. Just join in again on the next one or whenever it feels right. The moment you remember, you’re already aligned. You’re still connected, still adding your light to the grid, still part of the wave.

Feeling awkward initially is natural when trying something new. Embrace the process. It’s about participation. The more you do it, the more natural it becomes—and the more you’ll begin to feel the subtle shifts inside and around you. Just stay with it. You belong here.

OneBreathIn is a personal journey. You don’t require external validation or support to engage in positive visualization and breathing. Remember, countless individuals worldwide are practicing alongside you, forming an unseen network of support and alignment.

Yes. Any tool that provides a gentle reminder works—be it a simple chime, a vibrating alarm, or a custom notification. The goal is to prompt your visualization and breath at the designated times without causing disruption.

Practitioners are referred to as “Covert Angels”—quiet forces for good. They are vibrational architects of a better world, holding space for love and possibility without seeking recognition.

The identity of the Founder remains intentionally undisclosed to keep the focus on the practice itself. Should the need arise to support or expand the practice, the Founder may choose to reveal their identity. Until then, the emphasis remains on collective co-creation over individual recognition.

This practice emphasizes personal experience over external validation. It’s about soul proof, not social proof. The true measure is how you feel in your heart after breathing in your own vision of a better world.
