Awareness of your daily Manifest
We are always manifesting. Every day, all day long. The difference between passive manifestation and intentional manifestation is awareness. The key is to start noticing how much you already create your reality without even thinking about it.
We talked about the pot on the stove because at some point, you will walk up to that pot, lift the lid, and either wash it or cook something in it—just as you already envisioned. This is how manifestation works. Before we take action, we often see ourselves doing it first. It’s not always a conscious thought, but it happens nonetheless.
So what happens when we take this natural process and bring it into full awareness?
Homework: Start Noticing Your Manifestations
Over the next few days, I want you to start recognizing all the things you manifest—not by default, but intentionally. Before you do something, take a moment to envision it first. This isn’t about changing anything just yet. This is about noticing.
For example, before you go to the bathroom, recognize that you already see yourself getting up, walking to the door, and going through the motions. Before you eat, notice that you see yourself taking the bite before it happens. Before you step out for a walk, recognize that you’ve already imagined the action in your mind.
Why does this matter? Because everything you expect to happen—happens easily. You expect to wake up and place your feet on the floor. You expect that when you take a step, the floor will be there to support you. And so, it is.
Now think about the things you consider difficult. Do they feel difficult because they are inherently hard? Or do they feel that way because you assume them to be hard?
The Law of Assumption, Not Just the Law of Attraction
This isn’t about simply “attracting” things into your life. It’s about expecting them. The law of assumption is more powerful than the law of attraction because it doesn’t rely on external forces—it relies on your own certainty.
If you wake up expecting that today will be a struggle, it will be. If you assume that making money is difficult, it will be. If you expect success to come easily, it will come with ease. Your assumptions shape your reality.
Experiment: Training Your Awareness
For the next two weeks, I challenge you to start noticing:
- Everything you expect to happen before it happens.
- How effortlessly the things you expect actually come to pass.
- How much of your life unfolds exactly as you assumed it would.
Some of you may have experienced this before in small ways. Have you ever thought, I bet she’s going to say this exact phrase, and then she does? Or I just know this is going to happen, and it does? That’s not coincidence. That’s expectation turning into reality.
Your mind is already shaping your world. The difference is, now you’re starting to see it. And once you see it, you can start shaping it on purpose.
You Are Already Creating Alone
Let’s take it even further—throw out the idea of co-creation for a moment. No one else is co-creating your heartbeat. No one else is co-creating your breath. No one else is manifesting the moment when you get out of bed and walk to the bathroom.
You are doing that all by yourself.
This is the power you already have. The power you’ve been using unconsciously. Now, it’s time to take full control.
And this is just the beginning.
